The author has been providing freelance translation work from Chinese to English for years. In doing so, the important thing that's observed is accuracy. Many online translations are inaccurate when it comes to translating a whole phrase. The software fails to distinguish the general and specific definition of each individual word used in different context, and the differences in grammars of the two languages.

I do not use any software but adopt a hands on approach. So you may find that your request to translate a certain article may take more than the time you would anticipate. But do bear with me as I will try my level best to give you a reply within a certain reasonable time frame. If I feel that I could not entertain your requested translation service, I will inform you accordingly. No offence is intended.
