The Probability Of An Even Chance

Since time immemorial, experts like to associate what happen in this universe with the past happenings by compiling a statistics of probability of occurrence within a supposedly wide time frame.

Because they saw certain phenomena occurring a certain pre-determined matter, they conclude that everything in this world has to be happening in the same systematic manners.

This is all-right as far as the heavenly body is concerned.  But when applied to daily occurrences, when human emotions are involved, it becomes very subjective.

Human emotions are the most difficult thing to fathom.  Each is capable of behaving in their own mode of response.  Even among those who exhibit a pattern of trademark behaviour, there is still some telling differences.

But then, why do the learned experts do things the way they prefer now.  For simplicity? For need to conform to regular patterning? Or simply lack of a better way to explain?
